These terms describe the Slotio website and its Telegram service. Contact @slotiosupport for service or payment help.

Website previews and limits

The website includes simulated examples, illustrative scores, activity and scenarios. They are not verified casino payout data, historical win probabilities or a guarantee of winnings. Website previews are not automatically transferred as reports to your Telegram account. Open the bot and follow its current instructions to use the service.

We do not operate linked casinos or control their accounts, deposits, withdrawals or game outcomes. Third-party terms apply when you use another service.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher age requirement where you live. Only use the service and linked sites where permitted. Gambling can cause financial harm; do not use illustrative results as a reason to gamble or chase losses.

Free access and paid features

Free allowances, referral rewards, native-bot plans and Mini App Premium can have different limits. Read the current product description and Telegram Stars invoice before purchasing. Paid access is associated with your Telegram account. A website preview does not itself grant a paid plan.

Payment help and refunds

For missing access, payment problems or refund requests, contact @slotiosupport or send /paysupport to the bot. Include your Telegram payment receipt and a description of the issue; never send login codes or passwords. Service purchases are handled by our support, not Telegram support. Any refund offer displayed for your purchase and applicable rights continue to apply. Refunded access may be withdrawn.

Service use and privacy

Do not bypass access controls, misuse other users’ information or disrupt the service. Availability can be affected by maintenance or problems with hosting, Telegram or network connections. Read the Privacy Policy for the current data practices and support contact.
